T-6 Texan / SNJ / Harvard

These first pictures are of the first T-6 I ever restored. Actually, SNJ-5 3195G belonged to the CAF in Oakland, CA, and I spent 2 years with a great crew of volunteers doing what needed to be done on her. The restoration was done at Nut Tree Airport in Vacaville, CA from 1984-1986. She started out with the 3-tone Navy paint scheme shown below. I have since worked on two other projects.
